Blend one serving of protein with a handful of ice, a banana or fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen), and 4 oz - 12 oz pure water, coconut water, coconut milk, or almond milk. Add a splash of yacon syrup to sweeten.

Berry Crunchy Protein Bars
- 1/2 Cup organic Natural Rice Protein Порошок
- 1 Cup organic rolled oats
- 2/3 Cup organic nut butter
- 1/2 Cup chopped organic Cashews
- 1/2 Cup chopped organic Almonds
- 1/4 Cup chopped organic Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup organic Yacon Syrup
- 1/2 Cup organic Goji Berries
- 1/4 Cup ground organic Flax Seed
- 1 Tbsp organic Cacao Nibs
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Mix protein Порошок, oats, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, yacon and salt. Pour into oat mixture and mix well, until everything is sticky and combined. Add the goji berries & cacao nibs and mix well.
Press mixture into a shallow 8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Cover with more paper and press again into dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours then cut into bars, store in refrigerator. Eat & enjoy!
